Hi, I’m Alexandra and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles. I work with high achieving adults struggling with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma and survivors of abuse.
My approach is warm, engaging and supportive. I hope to connect and meet you where you are at on your journey. I use traditional talk therapy along with other theories such as attachment, psychodynamic and a client centered approach. Together we can collaboratively explore thoughts, feelings and ideas that may be causing stress and help make sense of them.
I became a therapist after anxiety and narcissistic abuse changed my life. I didn’t know who I was and was after always believing my identity was based on being a high achiever and being there for others. I knew I had to find myself again. I had the privilege of an amazing therapist who changed my life and I knew that I wanted to pass this on.
Pain is pain, but we don’t have to do it alone. I have learned and experienced that life is meant to be lived and experienced and we can become whole once again. From my heart to yours.

FAQ
A session is 50 minutes. Appointments are usually the same day and time each week.
Therapy is most effective weekly, especially at the start. This typically depends on your goals and we can continue to discuss and collaborate what is best for you.
My fee for individual therapy is $200 per 50-minute session. I accept most major credit cards as payment. I offer some reduced-rate spots, depending on your financial needs. Please reach out for more information on this and to see my availability for these reduced-rate spots.
I am in network with major insurance companies and can provide a superbill for out of network clients to help with reimbursement.

Cancellations or re-scheduling must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full fee of the session.
